That drum is beautiful.

I can't stop saying how good these drums really sound. I have had many folks up here amazed with the one I was built. It sounds better every week. Had to tune up twice with temp changes and skin/drum settling.

I have never had such a good time playing a drum in my life. My friend Josh was here yesterday and seemed almost amazed I had improved on hand drumming. So many different tone/notes can be derived off this one lil drum.
Amazing.

Thanks again Bill. My sister is going to take some pics in the coming days.

Thanks folks.

As far as the white goes... painting them is not my favorite either. I had some comments that I should make one like this so I figured that I would make one with paint seeing as how I was using a VERY non-desrcript wood with little grain character. The tone is nice though. Lots of guitars are made with this wood. It is poplar.

Yeah I think it have to be the same as the others. I was thinking that I would be able to offer the painted drums cheaper due to being able to use less expensive tone woods, but they are a ton more work and time.
