Great tune and a joy to mix Lack. A joy indeed. I'll be working more on it when I get time and would love to try and get some vocals and real horns on it too - don't know when I'll get time tho'
Brilliant work Don. I really enjoyed that one. I LOVED the melodica on this track. Haha! I just don't like hearing it on EVERY track i listen too. That's all. You guys will never stop giving me shit about that i see. Long live Melodica!! Hows that? Hehe
I seriously look forward to hearing some horns and vocal on this. As i wrote in your review, we actually had horn players that night but they bailed about 10 minutes before we tracked this. This was a last minute jam we did because we had about 5 or 6 minutes left on the reel. So we came up with a quick little chord progression, and this is what we ended up with
