For those of you "in the know", and I think that's quite a few here: my health is stable, but hasn't improved. I'm in no pain and not really up to writing about it much, as there's much more important tings fe chat bout and so much more positive tings pon mi mind! I do upprecilove the support, concern, prayer and love I have received from many of you - you know who you are! RASpect fi dat - ye shall reap weh yah sow!
