Yeah, you know, I see NO NEED to revive some of the old forum posts, some of which most of us have behaved immaturely at one point or another. We have all grown. Let's move on. Forward. Versionist is dead, and you know I feel like a family member watching some one suffering a long slow death, but now that I have accepted the end, I feel a relief and a turn towards brighter days.

dub rifles means the ability to paste you tube vids into your posts.it was a cool feature at the old place.some great stuff up there.gets the forum really into gear.

let steve do his thing with V, we don't need it. Let's make something NEW and extraordinary of this place. The people is what made V and a lot of them will find their way here if they haven't already.

I already feel that the culture of this place is more focused (on the important and relevant things), more grown up, more respectful than it ever was on V. I hope it stays that way.

Steve paid his money for the site, and no matter what injustices have happened, that is a fact and there is nothing anyone can do about it. I think as soon as many people leave he will turn it into a non reggae site and 'move forward' that way. He hasnt hid this intention either, it just got beaten down. Now that the majority of the people who beat it down (myself included) have more or less left, and are hanging on for the UK Gathering I think this will happen pretty soon......just check out the music categories when you post.

I say just move forward. Yes, there is a lot of stuff that has been lost, so let's recreate it here, and better......... I have full faith in my bredren Rob, that any changes that might happen in the future here will be for the good of the reggae community as a whole, so ONWARDS and FORWARDS.

Me radio program is a bit f**ked tho' - 2 years broadcasting the only state run reggae show in Spain under the name of versionist....... well, that has taught me a lesson I guess, lol! If anyone got any ideas for a good name, ket us know, lol!

Stick with it Tim - as I see it a versionist is someone who makes and plays versions - it's a noun NOT a name and that's why I always thought the whole debate about who holds the copyright to it is stupid
