Thank you for the offer. I would consider selling versionist.com and .net at $7500, which price would still represent a substantial loss to me.
$4000 now
$2000 60 days
$1500 120 days
The new site would not be part of the deal as I just paid for the JR software as well as some programming. You could certainly have total access to the database to pull all the versionist info from it though.
The rest of your terms would be acceptable.
