If the admin gives me details about some interface stuff of Jamroom, I am for sure able to build you a chatbox myself. Pretty logic, that on a site like this a limited chatbox will run of of space *LOL*

Regarding how I feel about my possible overuse of the shoutbox? I feel nothing folks, nothing. The service/tool was there so I used it. Now itr is not there and I don't use it. I am, believe it or not, quite simple structured in my head. There's no place in my head for feeling bad about the usage of a thing that is there at all *LOL*

So my offer stands. I think I can even build a more advanced chatbox with other features. I am not sure how my solution would fit in the RDW-Site. Basically I would, for the start, simple build a php solution with no dynamic updating. This means the visitor has to reload the site to see new messages. Yes, I know... uncomfortable... but it would be a quick implementable and rocksolid solution that would fit in each and every site.
