The option to stream only is on the artist's discretion and should be respected. There is likely a reason they chose that option. Most artists will be happy to send hi quality mp3 for radio and soundsystem. Most artist like to know that someone is playing their music and promoting them. If they have a release out for distribution and in stores it will certainly be a positive thing. I have songs for stream. Hit me if you want something for radio.
