I'm afraid, the is no VSTi for emulating the MT-40 as far as I know.
Try the free Triangle II Synth VSTi, if you want digital bass. Some of the presets are near to what you look for and with a bit of tweaking some of the various knobs, you'll surely get the sound you want.
